The Buloke Shire Council (Council) invites Tenders from competent and experienced contractors for the construction of road pavement patches at various locations within Buloke Shire sealed road network. The works relate to the remediation of seal road pavement including pavement patch repairs, road culvert replacement and resurfacing road and shoulder.

This request for tender outlines two distinct Separable Portions, Package 1A and Package 1B (Each of which relate to a distinct location to which the relevant works are to be carried out). Council may (at its discretion) elect to award both Separable Portions to the same Tenderer or award different Separable Portions to different Tenderers (in whatever way Council determines appropriate at its absolute discretion).

To Facilitate this, Tenderers must advise in their Tender:

1. For which Separable Portions they are tendering: and

2. Distinct Works Program with clear practical completion dates for each Separable Portion Package 1A Package 1B.
