EECA are seeking suitably qualified suppliers – either directly or via a consortium arrangement – to submit a Proposal to undertake retrofit insulation and heat pump installation quality audits for the EECA Funded Warmer Kiwi Homes residential retrofit programme, until 30 June 2027
It is essential that the Warmer Kiwi Home installations are completed safely and to a high quality. EECA is looking for providers who have the capability, capacity and experience to deliver the services in the required locations within the required timings. The provider will need to have a good track record in the provision of auditing services.
The quality of the result is extremely important to EECA. The provider must have the capacity and capability to carry out a quality review of the audit result before submission to EECA to ensure that it is technically correct, accurate and completed in full. It is expected that the provider will provide high quality communications and customer service to EECA.
EECA's goal is to commence a contract from 1 November 2024
