The University is seeking panel suppliers for our function catering events.

Prerequisite for your expression of interest to be considered you must:

1: Your business must operate from Auckland

2: You must have a central kitchen located within 10kms of the City Campus

3: For High or Core applicants you must have a liquor license

4: Have or be able to roadmap online technology for customer ordering & payments. You must also have an supported accounting system which enables online billing and reconciliation

5: Be “A” graded event caterer

6: You must have an existing business and be able to provide 3 references that demonstrate your capability to operate within a university over the last 5 years.

7: Core applicants must be able to operate a retail café in either one or two locations within Auckland CBD
