To establish a panel of experienced professionals to assist Hunter Water with undertaking various change initiatives in an effective and efficient way that aligns to Hunter Waters Change Management Standard.

Some key requirements for aligning to Hunter Water Change Management Standard would including:

1. Ongoing review of the size and scale of the project.

2. Develop strong stakeholder relationships and develop understanding by key stakeholders of the value and importance of effective change management.

3. Understand Hunter Water context and develop connections between the change at hand and how it aligns with Hunter Waters corporate strategy/supporting strategies and organisational values. Develop effective communication and engagement, and training planning and undertake as required.

4. Identify and raise risks whilst developing mitigating strategies.

5. Be creative with approach and provide feedback and ideas that may benefit change capability further.

6. Ensure effective and smooth transition plans (including embedding the new way of working into BAU) are in place for end of projects.

7. Participate in monthly change capability community of practice meetings.

**Hunter Waters preference is for the successful panel members to have a Local presence within the Newcastle/Hunter Region.**
