Tender Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to invite prospective suppliers to submit quotes relating to the supply of Public Access Trauma Kits to Hato Hone St John (HHSJ). This will enable HHSJ to provide the Trauma Kits to the New Zealand market.
HHSJ are a large provider of First Aid Courses nationally, additionally we have a large share of the First Aid product market, which includes First Aid Kits and AEDs. We service both the commercial and community markets. We are seeking to grow and leverage our commercial sales margin to reinvest this into both community placement and initiatives.
HHSJ is seeking the following information from this RFQ:
- Trauma Kit Product and Pricing
- Warranty; and
- Supply Chain and Logistics; and
- Quality and Standards
You will be required to provide information and assurance regarding how your products meets the Medical Device requirements by providing certification issued by local Medical Device authorities/notified bodies (we expect this product to be already placed on the market).
Respondents will be formally assessed against the evaluation criteria as per Section 3. In addition, respondents are required to provide a fully equipped Trauma Kit (at their own cost) for each response, for the purposes of an internal evaluation and assessment of the kit by an untrained and trained person undertaken by HHSJ.
