Electrical Compliance

Request for Information (RFI)

HSV is intending to issue an Invitation to Supply (ITS) for the Electrical Compliance category based upon the commercial concepts outlined in this RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to gauge the capability and previous experience of the market to align with these concepts.

HSV’s objectives for this Electrical Compliance Request for Information (RFI) include:

• Receiving supplier feedback as to the potential risks and benefits of possible Pricing Structure, Price Review Mechanism, and Price Review Indices prior to the next market approach

Understanding market capability to support delivery of healthcare specific requirements for the following services:

- Electrical Equipment test

- Thermographic test

- Emergency Lighting test and support

- Patient Area test

- Biomedical Equipment test and support

• Achieve value for money (economic, environmental and social value) associated with the sourcing of catering supplies
