ARV Mt Buller and Mt Stirling Resort Management aim is to increase year-round visitation to the resorts through improved mountain bike and walking trails. This is an opportunity for suitability capable and experienced contractors to tender for the maintenance of five mountain bike trails and the steps refurbishment on the Summit Nature Walking trail.

Works general description

This tender opportunity includes maintenance works on:

1. Bike Trails x 5 (Gang Gangs, Outlaw, Clancy’s Run, Trigger Happy and Stonefly descent) and
2. Walking Trail x 1 (Summit Nature Walk).

Bidders are invited to bid for one, any number, or all trail works. Whilst responses for each trail works will be assessed individually, the trail works may be awarded to the one bidder or multiple bidders if this represents best value for money and is within our budget.

The contract is expected to be awarded in September 2024. Works are required to commence as soon as tracks are suitable to be worked on and be complete by November 2024 in time for summer track openings.
