Tender Description
The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) seeks a long-term contract for the provision of renewable energy generation including electricity and large-scale generation certificates (LGCs) (for 47,000 MWh per annum) with supply to commence on 1 July 2025.
Solar projects in the operation phase will be considered favourably, as UTS seeks certainty from the Solar PPA and to reduce project risks. Projects in planning, development, finance, construction and commissioning phase will also be considered.
UTS is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a submission and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
