Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

Three deliverables:

1. Complete an assessment of the current Standards Catalogue located in the Digital Health Developer Portal, validate the collated change requests gathered through stakeholder feedback against the current build and implement enhancement features.

25. The Agency has a list of change requests identified through stakeholder feedback. These requests will require validation against the existing product technology capability and budget constraints in Financial Year 2024-25. The objective is to identify quick-win opportunities with the current stack while a broader scope of work will focus on developing a future state product roadmap.

26. Examples of change requests based on user feedback include, but are not limited to,

  • Search functionality enhancement
  • Usability enhancement
  • Webform redesign for better user experience for both external web users and internal Agency staff.
  • Aesthetic enhancement to provide consistent look and feel for onscreen displays
  • New section to allow content curation
  • Analytics on user interactions with the website

1. Develop a Standards Catalogue Product Roadmap, with user centred design approach, that outlines the vision, strategy, direction, priorities, and progress of the Catalogue over the coming financial years. The roadmap will ensure the future state of the Catalogue aligns with Agency’s strategic goals with further enhanced features which will include:

  1. New cloud-based hosting options for the online product.
  2. New UX design that facilitates enhanced standards document curation by clinical use cases and/or by terminology / code sets.
  3. Further, the roadmap should include options for additional enhancements which may include, but is not limited to, automation to detect broken links, updated or outdated standards, client chat bots to simplify client search experience.
  4. An early indication of a rough order of magnitude will help understand budget requirement to execute the roadmap

1. Develop an Implementation Plan incorporating a phased approach to implement the new or enhanced Standards Catalogue website capability.

  1. The Implementation plan will provide cost indication to enable the project team to submit funding proposal.
  2. The phased implementation approach will be subject to internal budget submission processes and subsequently, will require the creation of logical work-packages that may be distributed across financial years.
