Hume City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the Open Space Landscape Construction Panel.

Council is seeking to appoint qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver landscape construction works from the capital works program. The Panel may also be requested to perform repair-type works to ensure Council’s assets and infrastructure are meeting the intended operational requirements for the community.

These works include a variety of open space and landscape construction works at recreational parks, reserves, streetscapes, activity centers, and civil infrastructure and facilities, typically owned and managed by Council.

MANDATORY TENDER BRIEFING

Council will be conducting 2 in-person tender briefing sessions to describe the requirements within the specification and provide Contractors the opportunity to ask questions. Attendance to one of the below Tender Briefing Sessions is a mandatory requirement in order to be considered for evaluation.
