The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is seeking to engage a Managed Service Provider to provide multiple resources for the purpose of supporting the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Team in delivering and supporting the ACIC End User Compute environment. ACIC expects that two resources would be engaged continuously with the potential for additional resources to be engaged during periods of enhancement and uplift. ACIC will retain the right to reduce staffing numbers if required due to workload

• Support of existing VMWare VDI environment and infrastructure
• Deliver advice, strategy and delivery of End User Compute enhancements including future state rollouts
• Completion of ongoing projects
• Proof of concept for implementation of Microsoft 365 applications
• Proof of concept for Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) options, including biometric options
• BAU support tasks as required
• Potential for on-call arrangement
