The Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is seeking to appoint an engineering, procurement and construction contractor to deliver a hybrid electricity generation system (HEGS) facility (Facility), with the purpose to ensure that Rottnest Island has at least 75% of its annual electricity generated from renewable energy sources.

A briefing session will be held at Microsoft Teams at 19 Dec, 2024 10:00 AM.

Proposal briefing

1. A non-mandatory Proposal briefing will be held on 10:00 am WST on 19 December 2024.
2. Whilst the briefing session is not mandatory, Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend as this may assist them in the preparation of their Proposals.
3. The above briefing session is the only nominated time set aside. No individual briefings will be undertaken.
4. The Proposal briefing will be held using Microsoft Teams and will be recorded.
