Scope

Building 10 ‘McCabe’ Building is located on McCabe Road within the Mount Penang Parklands. It: occupies an area of 6775 sqm, with a lettable interior area of 637.61 sqm. The tenancy comprises five large recreation room/offices, twenty-five smaller rooms, WC shower rooms, kitchen, laundry and storage spaces. The tenancy also includes 28 car parking spaces and a curtilage area providing for landscaped gardens and an enclosed courtyard area.
