The works are the construction of a fourth soccer pitch at the Southern Soccer Facility, located off the junction of Adams Road and Majors Road, in Trott Park.
The relatively new existing facility has 3 soccer pitches, a clubroom and a carpark.
The fourth pitch is within the facility and is located beyond the existing pitches, hence access to the work site is through the existing facility and between the pitches.
The fourth pitch works includes protection of existing surfaces, earthworks, drainage, soccer field layerworks, turfing and irrigation. Practical Completion would be after a successful growing period.
