The facilities project ESTL8113PH1 Facilities to Support LAND8113 Phase Long Range Fires includes construction of new facilities and infrastructure at RAAF Base Edinburgh to support a full regiment consisting of:

a. services infrastructure,

b. a regimental headquarters,

c. three (3) long range fires batteries,

d. a combat services support battery,

e. A combat support services workshop,

f. an operational support battery,

g. a quartermaster store,

h. a regimental guard room,

i. infrastructure support including road upgrades and car parking, and

j. living-in accommodation.

The Department of Defence is considering the use of a Head Contract (HC-1 2021) via a two-stage procurement process involving an Invitation to Register Interest followed by a Request for Tender.
