Project goals
This tender aims to establish a commercial partnership with a single experienced Respondent to modernise the Northern Sydney Local District Patient Entertainment Services offering to Public and Private Patient across existing and new NSLHD hospitals. An upgrade of the PES will enable improved functionalities and enhanced digital capabilities that can improve the patient experience by allowing for a more interactive and customisable experience. The new solution will deliver a secure, flexible, and cost effective solution.
