The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is requesting proposals from suppliers for solution to streamline and simplify the application and admission management process for all RACGP training programs.
The solution should leverage automation, integration, and process optimisation to reduce manual handling. It must be user-friendly for both employees and applicants, eliminating roadblocks in completing and assessing large volumes of applications, ultimately leading to an increase in application numbers and reducing end-to-end timeframes.
The solution will be used by various user groups, including prospective registrars/trainees and staff members from different departments such as Education, GP Training, Marketing, Business Intelligence & Insights, and IT.
RACGP provides the following training programs: Australian General Practice Training Program (AGPT), Fellowship Support Program (FSP), Practice Experience Program Specialist (PEP-SP), Pre-employment Structured Clinical Interview (PESCI), General Practice Experience Assessment (GPE Assessment)
The requirements, configurations, and workflows for these programs vary in complexity, with the AGPT program being the most intricate. While most programs share similar requirements, RACGP also aims to ensure that the configuration is reusable across various programs, including any future ones. Additionally, RACGP may consider configuring some of the later programs internally and may require support from the vendor.
