The Website Operations, Development & Enhancements (WODE) section operates as the departments front door for all web projects. There are occasions where the team is managing multiple priorities and is unable to manage the development of information architecture or content design in-house. On these occasions the team needs to be able to outsource the work to an external provider to deliver. Establishing a contract with a Supplier is a contingency, so that project timelines are not impacted.
