Tender Description
The work under contract shall include all work associated with the demolition and removal of sections of the building, including the roofs, and a complete upgrade of all internal areas of the building, including a revised layout
This is a grant funded opportunity and the date for completion is 15 May 2025.
A Compulsory Site Inspection will be held on site at the V-Wall Amenity Block, Wellington Drive, Nambucca Heads on Thursday 14 November 2024 at 11.00am. Only contractors who attend the Compulsory Site Inspection will be eligible to submit a Tender.
