The City is seeking proposals from suitable groups, not for profit organisations or businesses to lease the site located at 43 Zenobia Street, Palmyra which is the former Palmyra Kindergarten site.

It is intended this RFP process will shortlist proponents, with one preferred offer selected. The City will then engage in direct negotiations with the proponent to finalise a lease agreement with the City, subject to Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.

Interested parties are encouraged to attend a site inspection on Monday 18 November 2024 at 10am. Email sharima.west@melville.wa.gov.au to register your intent to attend.
