This project – Project Connect - will transform the organisation through the implementation of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology, driving change to processes and ways of working and placing the customer at the heart of operations.

• A city that facilitates 24-hour access, with engaged citizens that utilise Council’s digital services:

• Council services that can be delivered digitally are available in a digital format by 2026.
