Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Contractor/s for the Worker Accommodation Modular Building.

The Works encompass design, fabrication, transportation and installation of prefabricated modular accommodation units.

The units consist of a mix of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three-bedroom configurations.

The Tenderer is required to refer to the Scope of Works document, technical schedules, Principals Project Requirements, documents issued for information and drawings to respond to this Request.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at RIA Hub (behind the Dome Café) on Rottnest Island on 9 December 2024 8:15 AM.

Tenderers shall attend a Site Visit and Briefing scheduled on:

Tenders are required to pay all costs for all transportation to and from site, and all arrangements for ferry travel are the Tenderers responsibility.

RSVP: By no later than 2:00 pm on 5 December 2024 Tenderers shall confirm with Phil Dopson attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing via email at phil.dopson@dbca.wa.gov.au.

If Tenderers are unable to attend the scheduled site visit and briefing, alternative arrangements may be made by contacting Phil Dopson no later than 6 January 2025. Please note that alternative timeslots will only be available up to and on the day of 16 January 2025.
