Harold E Holt Defence Precinct, located near Exmouth , WA has capability that requires Reverse Osmosis (RO) treated water for system cooling. SPA9360 requires an upgrade to the existing water treatment plant (WTP). The increased requirement is a minimum 80kL/day over and above current output @ TDS < 100 mg/L.

The scope of this procurement is to design and construct the upgraded WTP and upgrades to some ancillary infrastructure. The Scope of Works is detailed in the RFQ pack.
