ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.
ABOUT THE TENDER: Council needs to engage a suitable contractor to construct the Main Carpark Upgrade St Ives Showground at 450 Mona Vale Rd, St Ives as per the design specification.
This will include but not limited to the following:
- Preliminaries
- General Requirements (Environmental Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and Progress Photography and As-Built Plans)
- Demolition
- Earthworks
- Preparation
- Edges
- Paving
- Site Structure
- Furniture
- Planting
- WSUD
- Maintenance
The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff is unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the Tender. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
