PURPOSE: Roadside Slashing and Spraying to participating Councils on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027 with provision for a 1 year option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the General Conditions of Contract.

Participating councils are Cessnock City Council, Dungog Shire Council, Lake Macquarie City Council, Singleton Council and Upper Hunter Shire Council.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 4 February 2025.

There will be no pre-tender meeting.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
