HCCDC is seeking to engage a prequalified construction contractor as a Principal Contractor to execute the design by ADW Johnson for construction of a playground area at Bernie Goodwin Park Morisset.

Project goals

The scope of the procurement includes construction works in accordance with design from ADW Johnson at the site.

This project will aim to improve safety and accessibility in line with the Safer Cities initiative. The new playground design will focus on providing well-lit, visible, and welcoming spaces that support active use and community engagement, contributing to the overall safety and vitality of the site area.
