Warringah Council (Council) invites tenders from experienced civil contractors for the undertaking of the construction of a stabilised dune, beach access points and the restoration of carpark stormwater infrastructure at Fishermans beach, Collaroy.

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the following scope of works, which include but are not limited to:
* Preparation of Contractor's Management Plans and updates including but not limited to Construction Program, Quality Plan and relevant Inspection and Test Plans, Project OHS Management Plan and relevant Safe Work Method Statements and the Contractor's Environment Management Plan to Council's satisfaction;
* Site establishment, including completion of pre-construction dilapidation surveys;
* Installation and maintenance of environmental control provisions and the monitoring of construction activities during the execution of the works in accordance with the Management Plans;
* Filling of geotextile sand containers with appropriate sand material as instructed by the Principal in accordance with the Technical Specification and Working Drawings;
* Excavation and profiling of the existing foreshore profile in accordance with the Technical Specification and Working Drawings;
* Placement of geotextile liner in accordance with the Technical Specification and Working Drawings;
* Handling & placement of geotextile sand containers in accordance with the Technical Specification and Working Drawings;
* Placement of prescribed Geoweb or similar and associated anchoring in accordance with the Technical Specification and Working Drawings;
* Backfilling, re-profiling and vegetation of the foreshore in accordance with the Technical Specification and Working Drawings;
* Restoration of stormwater infrastructure in adjacent carpark provision of infrastructure to provide access from the top of the bank to the beach site disestablishment and restoration, including completion of post-construction dilapidation surveys.

The works are to be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements in this document. To have tenders considered, contractors will need to ensure that all required information requested in the Request for Tender document is provided.
