The Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) is seeking to partner with an experienced vendor to implement an approved program of recommendations to improve the Work Group Coordinator function, including role efficiency and effectiveness, meeting structures and to asist with the design and build of a knowldege management system.
The successful tenderer will work with staff from the CDPP's Legal Business Improvement (LBI) Unit and an internal Steering Committee of WGCs and Branch Managers. LBI’s responsibilities are varied and include ownership of various governance and compliance frameworks / policies across the CDPP, providing support to the Director, and a coordination role in relation to law reform issues. Additional consultation may be required with program staff from across the CDPP.
Following a review of the Work Group Coordinator (WGC) role within the CDPP, together with CDPP meeting structures, an experienced vendor is needed to partner with the CDPP to implement an approved program of recommendations:
1. which aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the WGC role across the CDPP; and
2. which aim to improve the effectiveness of CDPP’s meeting structures; and
3. which will assist with the design and build of a knowledge management system.
