Expressions of interest are sought to secure a property with high exposure situated at the entrance to The Glades, Byford. Located on the south-western corner of Abernethy RD and Doley Road Byford.
The Glades is a master planned development experiencing rapid growth. It is currently home to 4,500 residents and expected to be home to 11,000 people on completion.
The site comprises 1889sqm with the property currently utilised as The Glades Information & Sales Centre at the main entrance to the fast growing estate.
The site is zoned Residential R12.5. The current building and discretionary uses may allow consulting rooms, medical, education, office, retail or corner store (subject to Shire approval).
