Registration of Interest
LWP is the Project manager for the highly awarded Ellenbrook development. Ellenbrook is one of Australia’s largest land development projects and will ultimately consist of more than 11,000 allotments and 30,000 residents. Launched in 1994, Ellenbrook is in its 24th year of continuous development and has constructed more than 9,000 lots to date.
LWP is seeking Registration of Interest from suitably experienced and resourced civil contractors to undertake land development and infrastructure works. The works include all earthworks, utilities, roadworks and infrastructure to provide fully serviced allotments in Ellenbrook’s Town Centre and residential villages.
