Tender Description
Diocesan Project Services, on behalf of St Monica's College, invites appropriately qualified builders to submit their registration of interest to tender on the construction of St Monica's College Stage 3.
The project consists of the demolition of two buildings and the construction of a new Innovative Learning Environment, built over four storeys with a combined floor area of approximately 1500m2.
Construction is planned to commence September 2018.
Registrations should include the QBCC licence details, portfolio of recent projects, and CV's of key personnel.
Registrations are to be submitted no later than Monday 25 June 2018, to projectadmin@cairns.catholic.org.au.
