This scope comprises the design, manufacture, inspection and testing, and preparation for shipment of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electric motors indicated in the attached list for the Clean TeQ Sunrise Project, located in New South Wales, Australia.

The motors shall be of the Supplier’s standard heavy-duty design, suitable for the site conditions and the service. The indicative quantity of motors required and their ratings are shown in the attached list.

The Supplier’s scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to providing:
* Complete motor assemblies
* Ancillary items normally supplied with the motors and any special tools required to install, adjust or maintain the motors
* Surface protection
* Shop assembly and testing
* Packaging for transportation
* Loading on to transport
* Supplier Data requirements
