Tender Description

Otautahi Community Housing Trust (OCHT) currently provides maintenance and tenancy management services to 2300 properties in Christchurch. A fundamental pillar to the successful delivery of tenant services is the provision of warm, safe, secure and healthy housing accommodation.

OCHT is seeking to expand its current trade panel to incorporate an additional five trades for the following works: Handyman/Carpentry, Flooring, Carpet and Vinyl, Roofing, Concrete and Asphalt and Arborist.
