Calvary Christian College Invites Expressions of Interest

From suitably qualified builders for the construction of a new Hospitality and Staff building at their secondary school campus in Townsville, QLD.

The project consists of:

• Relocation of an existing demountable building
• Construction of a new 866sqm Hospitality + Staff building, covered outdoor dining spaces and associated walkways, plant areas and site services. Tenders will be invited in September 2019 for construction commencing in mid-November 2019.

Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
