Tender Description
Quotations are requested for the construction of a services Building at 13-17 Eagleview Road, Minto NSW 2566.
Scope of works:
Construction of a 151sqm services building which includes site preparation, foundation, structural frame works, materials and finishes (exterior + interior) as per specifications, plumbing, electrical and all necessary works.
This services building includes:
- 84sqm open performing area
- 3 male toilets
- 3 female toilets
- 1 disabled toilet
- 1 kitchenette
- 1 small store room
- 1 small electrical room
- 1 (3,000L) rain tank
- 1 (10,000L x 2) water tanks for the firefighting
- Connections with the Sydney Water's reticulated sewer line located north-west corner of the property.
Details works are outlined in the Specification and Drawings which can be obtained from the contact person.
Current status: Soil test, geotechnical assessment and survey works are completed. No tree cutting is required.

- payment schedule minimum 5 phases.
- Date of construction start and completion
- Certificate of Builder's Licence

Documents and reports available: Details speficiation, CC Drawingm structural design , soil test, survey reports etc. are available upon request.
