Tender Description
Clairvaux MacKillop College is calling for tenders for the cleaning contract for all buildings and external areas as specified and the supply of amenity block consumables.
The College is situated at 24 Klumpp Road, Upper Mount Gravatt, Qld.
The contract will be let for a period of three years commencing on 1st April 2020.
Subject to performance the College may be willing to allow a renewal of the contract for two additional terms each of twelve months. The cleaning schedule and specifications can be obtained and site visits arranged by contacting
