Goulburn Valley Health (GVH) is a public owned regional hospital located in Shepparton, Victoria as established under the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic). GVH is a multi-campus facility providing a broad range of hospital and community services throughout the Hume Region. The Shepparton campus, located at Graham Street Shepparton has 266 beds providing acute medical, surgical, obstetrics, paediatrics, rehabilitation, psychiatric and intensive coronary care.

As part of the GVH Shepparton Redevelopment, additional bed capacity has recently been added in the form of a 74 bed inpatient tower. Refurbishment works are scheduled to commence imminently including part of the existing Emergency Department. Here a new Satellite Imaging department will be constructed which includes the provision of one (1) CT rooms and two (2) general X-Ray rooms. An existing X-ray system will be relocated to one of the two new general X-ray rooms and these works are outside the scope of this tender.

Goulburn Valley Health is therefore seeking responses for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of one (1) CT machine & one (1) high end digital radiography X-Ray Unit as outlined in Part A.2 – Specifications.

Lendlease Building Contractors Pty Ltd is the Managing Contractor for the GVH Redevelopment, Clarke Hopkins Clarke Pty Ltd is the Refurbishment Principal Consultants & Aecom Australia Pty Ltd are the Services Engineers.
