As part of upgrading Community housing in Doomadgee, the Doomadgee Aboriginal Shire Council (DASC) is constructing 6 new houses, located within the township of Doomadgee.

For the purposes of this tender document one three bedroom house will be included in the tender for comparison purposes. The actual houses are of a similar plan but will include 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. Costs of individual window should be similar to those proposed. This tender is for materials only with construction to commence in the next 2 months.
