Building Contractors are invited to submit an Expression of Interest by 25/11/20
Project Description: Block 1 - Extension to existing single level Manual Arts Building, 425sqm, Block 2 - New 3-storey Classroom Block, 1020sqm; Associated works - Landscaping, pathways, outdoor shelter structures, roadworks. Tender documents available to the shortlisted tenderers by February 2021 for completion end of 2021. Submissions to include: Current capacity, relevant experience (extensive experience in working on school projects of a similar scale and complexity), recently completed works by traditional procurement, references, company details.
