OVERVIEW: Brightwater Care Group is looking for expressions of interest (EOI) related to provision of future landscape maintenance services across its property portfolio.

In general terms the scope of work would require applicants to

1. Maintain and enhance all aspects of the landscape, such that sites are aesthetically pleasing and maintained to optimum levels at all times.
2. Ensure all applicable site features, elements, surfaces and irrigation systems remain functional and operational as designed and kept in a condition that enhances the utilisation of the site.
3. Maintain the landscape so as to promote and support the well-being and safety of all persons.
4. Provide a single point of responsibility for conduct and completion of maintenance services.
