The Shire of Ravensthorpe requires a suitably qualified and experienced builder to construct and carry out all associated works for the delivery of the Ravensthorpe Cultural Precinct (RCP). The Project is predominantly a timber construction including an LVL structural frame and timber cladding. The Head contractor will construct and manage the build, and handover of the Project. This project includes new community services buildings, an addition to the Shire Administration Office, and a new carpark and landscape parkland. The project will have a significant benefit to the community of Ravensthorpe in terms of economic, operational, and cultural improvements.
