Geelong Grammar School (the School) is seeking proposals from businesses that are duly certified, qualified and licensed to supply Maintenance Painting Services (the Services) to nominated interior and exterior surfaces at the sites of Geelong Grammar School. The School will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful supplier for a period of Five (5) Years.

The successful supplier will be required to present the School with:
1. Maintenance Program for both External and Internal maintenance of the listed buildings for the period of the Contract. The School is prepared to consider alternative suggestions to the Maintenance Painting Program for Year 1 PR to be spread across the contract term.
2. An inclusion of an additional 800 hours over the 5 year term for adhoc works including but not limited to preservation of wooden decks and external loose furniture and other painting projects by request.
3. Schedule of Rates including materials + labour for ad-hoc projects upon request additional to discretionary 800 hours above.
4. Price option for D.W.R. Knox Equestrian Centre - Corio Campus:
a) Remove existing Dulux Intergrain Ultradeck application for all external timber surfaces.
b) Reinstate original specification of a raw timber finish look using Cutek Wood Preservative or an equivalent product.

- Thursday, September 23rd 2021 - Toorak campus (9:30AM to 10:30AM approx.)
