Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the above tender.

The project includes expansion to the following four schools, with the intent to drive efficiencies across packages:

• St Francis Catholic College (Edmondson Park) - delivery of new school including staff facilities, teaching buildings, library, early learning centre, canteen, specialist support units, carpark, kiss-and-drop and associated landscaping in a staged approach.
• Mt Carmel Catholic College (Varroville) - new STEM building, refurbishment of existing GLA spaces, gym & associated landscaping.
• Mary Immaculate Catholic Primary (Eagle Vale) - new GLA’s, refurbishment of existing GLA spaces & associated landscaping.
• Holy Spirit College (Bellambi) - refurbishment of senior study, IT workshop, fitness room, staff common & study, new resource centre, GLA's and associated
landscaping.

Six contractors will be shortlisted to participate in the tender, anticipated to commence in late November 2021.

Assessment of EOls will be based on previous experience in the following criteria:

• Operational environments, with significant site constraints.
• Refurbishment and expansion of educational facilities.
• Working across several packages of works under a single contract (preferably >$30 million.)

The requirements to be submitted with the EOI are:

• Capability statement addressing the criteria.
• Referees for previous relevant projects addressing time, quality of work and industrial workplace relations.
• Current project list capacity, and anticipated future commitments of nominated team.
• CVs showing relevant experience within the business.
• Evidence of financial capacity to undertake the works.
• Evidence of certified safety management system to AS/NZS4801:2001.
• Evidence of certified environmental management system to ISO 14001:2016.
• Evidence of certified quality management system to ISO-9001:2016.
