The intranet redevelopment project will re-imagine the way the CDPP shares information with its internal stakeholders. The initial discovery explored the service design needs through interviews with users, including through a survey, to develop the key user personas, understand their needs, their motivations, and their mental model of what the service should be.

This will now be followed by this alpha phase to work with stakeholders to prototype and test the service and agree what a MVP looks like, as well as the list of future product features to be built.
