Chevron Australia is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to execute Barrow Island (BWI) Aboveground Installation scope in support of the Jansz-Io Compression Project.
Contractor shall provide structural, mechanical & piping (SMP), electrical & instrumentation (E&I), and telecommunications construction, and system completion and pre-commissioning services required to support the installation of new and modifications to existing electrical power and control facilities within the Gorgon LNG Plant.
Scope of work includes (but not limited to):
• Off-site construction execution planning and detailed scheduling, and on-site construction services, including provision of all management, supervision and construction personnel;
• On-site transport, cranage, and installation of all aboveground buildings and equipment, including new high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) substations, switchgear, transformers, an essential diesel generator, and other packaged equipment;
• Installation and termination of all aboveground cabling, and termination of all underground cabling, for HV/MV/LV power and telecommunication fibre optic cable;
• Installation and tie-in of all aboveground process and utility piping;
• Construction completion and pre-commissioning; and
• Vendor support and commissioning support.
