The DEWR DPO is the Centre of Excellence in Digital Partner Engagement. We provide a single front door for Digital Partners to engage with DEWR through a responsive, consistent, and positive user experience.
The DPO provides a simple, streamlined, and cohesive digital engagement point with both internal and external digital partners.
The Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Manager will support the team lead of the Engagement team, of the DPO to manage and coordinate stakeholder engagement by connecting with internal and external stakeholders and working together to further enhance the Group's relationship with stakeholders. This includes the following activities:
- communicating with internal and external stakeholders to assist with technical and / or process specific issues and managing escalations
- develop presentations and be involved in, at times independently, presenting complex concepts to senior executives
- facilitate webinars for a large variety of external and internal stakeholders
- create executive reports and summaries with the intent of drawing out insights that may or may not be related to Cyber Security, Service Delivery, IT Service Management, Organisational Change Management, Quality Assurance, client issues management and other functions as they relate to stakeholder management
- use soft skills to de-escalate situations that may be related to client interactions with the government department
- take pride in undertaking and delivering to a high quality a variety of new tasks that may not be part of your core skill-set by using:
- highly developed soft skills
- strong written communication skills
- clear, concise and articulate verbal communication skills
- conflict management skills
