Amentum Global Services Australia Pty Ltd will be releasing the documents for the Vesta Renovation Program Package 20 @ 12noon Central Standard Time (CST) Tuesday 7 March 2023.

The Request for Tender will ask for suitably experienced businesses to submit a proposal for the full internal and external renovations including the demolish and disposal of all existing fixtures and fittings according to the Amentum Statement of Work to the following properties in Alice Springs:
19 Hillside Gardens, Desert Springs 0870
33 Hillside Gardens, Desert Springs 0870
41 Hillside Gardens, Desert Springs 0870
64 Hillside Gardens, Desert Springs 0870

If you would like to receive the tender documents, please complete the two Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) forms (attached to this notice) and return to Vesta tenders at vestatenders@jdfpg.net before 3pm CST Friday 3 March 2023.

Any NDA`s received after this date will not be accepted and access to the tender documents will be denied.

NB: PRECEDENT NDA Package 20, vendor is to complete the sections in BLUE. Please ensure the company name and full address is entered in the first paragraph then sign and date.
SEC-F002-R10-NDA-Package 20, Please ensure the email addressed used is not a generic email e.g., @hotmail, @admin, @gmail, the email should have the requestors name in it. Upon receipt of correctly submitted NDA`s you will be advised on access to the tender folder in On Point.

The tender documents including the Request for Tender Instructions will be uploaded to the On Point folder 12 noon CST Tuesday 7 March 2023, you will be advised by email when you can access them.
