Chevron Australia (Chevron) is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to supply Temporary Equipment and Tooling Hire and Asset Management services in support of Chevron’s maintenance activities, major turnaround events, and major and minor projects across the Australia Business Unit.
Contractor shall provide supply, maintenance, management and calibration of Company and Contractor equipment.
Scope of work includes (but not limited to):
1. Supply of Rental Equipment to Company and Company’s third party contractors (eg. General tooling, compressors, electrical equipment, generators, lighting towers, light plant and vehicles);
2. Supply and management of tool stores for Company-owned equipment and Rental Equipment;
3. Assistance in Company-owned and Rental Equipment planning for major events including; a. Coordination of pre-turnaround and turnaround activities including temporary power, procurement of tools, materials, equipment and specialized test equipment.
4. Database solutions for tracking and asset visibility with the following capability: a. Fleet management inclusive of maintenance requirements and calibration. b. Tracking and reporting of all equipment and tooling, inclusive of utilization reporting. c. Lease to buy recommendations. d. Ability to integrate with Company tracking technology if required, or produce requested data for Company internal systems.
5. Management of Subcontractors;
6. Procurement of equipment on behalf of Company.
