Tender Description
Provision of technicians and test equipment for testing of high voltage equipment for 33kV distribution network and associated electrical equipment for materials handling systems.
Specific Scope Requirements:
Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the following tasks:
• Electrical testing for the new substations for the Project. The Services are primarily to cover general commissioning and testing personnel;
• The equipment to be commissioned includes:
Five (5) x new substations, which consist of 33kV Switchboards, 6.6kV Switchboards and Variable Speed Drives, HV/LV Power Distribution Transformers, HV and LV switchgear and associated protection relays and equipment;
Protection Relay testing for Power Transformers, line protection, feeders, and bus zones; and
HV feeds to the Material Handling System consisting of electrical field devices for a primary crusher, conveyors, and auxiliaries; ;
• Hire and supply test equipment. The Contractor must ensure its technicians have available all necessary tools, electrical equipment, instruments, and radios necessary to complete the testing. All test equipment must be of a high quality, calibrated , and checked for accuracy; and
