Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council is inviting tenders for the operation and management of the Cherbourg Cafe. We are particularly interested in receiving well thought out proposals that outline a sustainable business model, showcasing your knowledge and understanding of the food and beverage industry, community involvement, and customer service.

1. Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a café, catering, or restaurant environment.
2. A clear business plan detailing operations, financial projections, and growth strategies.
3. Commitment to providing quality service and promoting a positive image of our community.
